At the end of 2020, we learned about the very serious disease of Kornel, a 13-year-old student of Primary School No. 340 in Warsaw, and the help he needed. For the second time we launched our help Facebook page under the slogan: Ursynów plays for Kornel and we joined the cooperation in organizing events to save the boy. On January 7, 2021, in the area of Primary School No. 340 in Warsaw, a blood collection took place, combined with the promotion of bone marrow donation (DKMS) – because both blood and finding a genetic twin are of enormous importance in the case of Kornel. Despite the difficulties related to pandemic restrictions, the action was successfully carried out – and there was no end to the blood donors on that day! Thank you for this beautiful gesture of humanity and altruistic generosity!
