Robert Wojciechowski

Foundation founder

Naturally energetic, creative and responsible, he brings an unconventional approach to problem-solving, characterised by decisiveness and a deep sense of social responsibility. For many years, he has been actively engaged in educational, civic and charitable initiatives supporting children, families and the local community.

An experienced manager and entrepreneur, he runs a consultancy firm specialising in new technologies, regulatory frameworks and innovative solutions at the intersection of law, education and digital transformation. He holds a degree in law, is a certified mediator, and an MBA graduate. He has also lectured at the Poznań University of Economics and Business.

From 2018 to 2024, he served as a Councillor in the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw, including as Vice-Chairman of the Education and Sport Committee. He is currently a member of the Mazowiecka Rada Oświatowa (Mazovian Education Council) and has served continuously for over 12 years as Chair of the Parents’ Council at Szkoła Podstawowa nr 340 im. prof. Bogusława Molskiego (Primary School No. 340 in Warsaw). He co-developed a school-wide silence and noise-reduction initiative, contributed to improving road safety for students, and supported the creation of a modern fencing hall. Under his leadership, the Parents’ Council is now implementing a comprehensive anti-bullying and violence-prevention programme within the school environment.

Founder of Fundacja Dzieci Rodzice Szkoła (Children Parents School Foundation) – an initiative born out of conviction and compassion, with the belief that every child and every family deserves real help, empathy and an opportunity for growth. In his work, he combines sensitivity with determination, vision with action, and the practice of law with a deep commitment to humanity.

Privately, he is the father of three children. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and passionately engages in community projects – always with exceptional energy and commitment.

Katarzyna Czaplicka-Faryna

President of the board

A specialist in resocialisation and social pedagogy, and a former Police officer with 23 years of service. Holds a PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner qualification. Certified trainer in Social Skills Training (TUS) levels I and II, as well as in Aggression Replacement Training (ART). A graduate of the Level I Programme in Domestic Violence Prevention and numerous specialist courses on suicidal behaviours in children and adolescents. Completed training in working with perpetrators of violence using the Duluth Model. Certified Addiction Prevention Educator and licensed facilitator of evidence-based prevention programmes, including “Jaś i Małgosia na tropie” (Hansel and Gretel on the Trail), Fantastyczne Możliwości (Fantastic Possibilities), Unplugged, Apteczka Pierwszej Pomocy Emocjonalnej (Emotional First Aid Kit), FreD goes net, Wspólne kroki w cyberświecie (Joint Steps in the Cyberspace), among others.

In her spare time, she is an avid reader of non-fiction, enjoys cycling, and bakes delicious homemade sourdough bread.

Ewa Jurga-Zastocka

Vice-president of the board

Socially active, sensitive to harm, others, she will be with the sector for years later. We need contact with other people and a smart conversation like. He is wholeheartedly involved in the life of the SP 340 community in Warsaw’s Ursynów, acting in the Parents’ Council. Coefficients of the ecological project Ekomol, as part of gold gold, gold materials in the deposit (100 tons 2019). He has a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation, he is a teacher by profession and passion. She loves working with young children, she does it every day during creative classes for Little children. Use every free moment to scratch, listen to music or… dig the garden.
