In 2021, we implemented another project for our local Ursynów community. Classes financed by the Ursynów District. We conducted workshops for children and adolescents: Social Skills Training using the TZA-ART Aggression Replacement Method and classes to level the knowledge and help with homework. We taught participants how to control their anger, improved social skills and discussed ethical values. Tutoring and homework is primarily help in the following subjects: English, mathematics, Polish and supporting students in grades 0-3.

For teachers from Ursynów schools, we conducted a series of workshops based on the Job Crafting method. Workshop on building commitment and sense of work.

A comprehensive program supported by research, which increases the educational competences of teachers by increasing awareness of themselves, their strengths, and values ​​that guide them at work. The teacher has acquired skills that will help him cope better in difficult situations, such as working with children at risk. His awareness and sense of influence on the charges have also strengthened, thanks to which he will notice possible threats faster and take actions related to their prevention. He gained knowledge on how to build an environment based on a relationship of mutual support among teachers and students, which is often a key element in the prevention of risky behaviors of children and adolescents.
