Children, Parents, School Foundation
Fundacja Dzieci Rodzice Szkoła (Children Parents School Foundation) was established in 2018 out of a heartfelt need to help, support and accompany children, young people, parents and families in overcoming various life challenges. Its aim is to strengthen relationships, improve communication, promote equal opportunities, and counteract exclusion and isolation – whether social, educational or emotional.
In 2021, the Foundation was granted the official status of a public benefit organisation (Organizacja Pożytku Publicznego, OPP).
The Foundation’s activities focus on providing psychological and pedagogical support, running sociotherapeutic sessions, and helping participants develop social and emotional skills. Its services are dedicated to children in crisis, victims of violence, individuals at risk of addiction, migrants, refugees, and all those in need of support.
The Foundation’s team works to ensure a safe, calm and welcoming environment – a place where every child, teenager, parent and family can find real help and professional assistance. Empathy, respect and mutual understanding are the core values of Fundacja Dzieci Rodzice Szkoła.

We support children, young people and entire families in coping with emotional, educational and social challenges. Based in the Ursynów district of Warsaw, our work is both local and beyond-local in scope – and we strive to ensure that no one is left without help when the need arises.
Our mission is to promote inclusion and create a safe, supportive environment that enables individuals to recognise and strengthen their own inner resources, develop skills, increase their sense of agency, and build readiness for positive change.

Our goal is to implement effective, modern and proven methods of working with children and families – in the fields of psychology and pedagogy, as well as through the use of innovative technological tools that support learning and social integration.
Solidarity and openness – we foster empathy and respect for social and cultural diversity.
Sensitivity and commitment – we act both locally and beyond, guided by the wellbeing of every individual.
Inclusion and development – we create projects that support people with disabilities and their families, migrant families, and families in crisis. We educate, connect and open up new opportunities.
We offer Social Skills Training and Aggression Replacement Training
We work with children, young people and adults to support relationship-building, communication, and emotional regulation – using methods such as TUS (Social Skills Training) and ART (Aggression Replacement Training).
We deliver evidence-based prevention programmes
We implement proven, expert-recommended programmes such as Unplugged, Fantastyczne Możliwości (Fantastic Possibilities), FreD goes net, Szkoła dla Rodziców (School for Parents), Program Wzmacniania Rodziny (Strengthening Families Programme), and others.
We provide academic support and promote equal educational opportunities
We organise tutoring, homework assistance, and educational support for pupils experiencing learning difficulties.
We support parents and caregivers
We offer psychological and pedagogical assistance as well as participation in parenting skills programmes.
We promote inclusion and work to prevent social exclusion
We run support initiatives for those at risk of marginalisation – including refugees, migrants, children in crisis, and victims of domestic violence.
We initiate and co-organise local community projects
We take part in organising neighbourhood, charity and integration events – from community fairs and exhibitions to concerts and volunteering initiatives.
